If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from possession of your order. After this 14 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE.
The store credit will be issued to the email or phone number provided. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for Muted Closet to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We inspect all products before shipping them off to their new home. However, If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
LOST PACKAGES: USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. Muted Closet is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund.
