All returns must be made within 14 days from delivery date or your item cannot be refunded. Returns will not be accepted without tags, any damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed. Refunded through store credit only with shipping cost deducted. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund.
Any and all pre-orders must be purchased separately from in stock items, or your order will not ship out until pre-order is in stock.
Items cannot be put on hold under any circumstances. Items are not able to be cancelled once processed through our system. Must be canceled within one hour of purchase.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order.
